How to sign up?

For learning providers and event organisers

  1. Visit www.adultlearnersweek.org/providers for tips on organising and planning your ALW event.
  2. Visit www.adultlearnersweek.org/addevent and register your event.
  3. Visit http://www.adultlearnersweek.org/about/contacts  and contact your State or Territory Coordinator if you require assistance with your event.
  4. Visit www.adultlearnersweek.org/sign-up/newsregister and register for the ALW 2008 electronic newsletter (for event news and updates).
  5. Display any ALW 2008 literature or promotional materials before and during your event.  If you don’t have any ALW promotional materials contact your ALW State or Territory Coordinator or visit our media room for branding and promotional materials at www.adultlearnersweek.org/media/index  
  6. If you can’t find something on our website take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and visit www.adultlearnersweek.org/faq
  7. Assist event participants with enrolments and information about the courses and programs you offer.
  8. Enjoy your Adult Learners’ Week event in 2008.
  9. Participate in the post ALW 2008 evaluation survey.

For adult learners and event participants

  1. Visit www.adultlearnersweek.org/learners or phone 1300 I LEARN (1300 453 276); for information about how to get involved.
  2. Visit www.adultlearnersweek.org/calendar for information about events in your area.  You can enter the postcode of your city or town to find out about events within 20, 50, 100 and 200kms of your location.
  3. Visit www.adultlearnersweek.org/sign-up/newsregister and register for the ALW 2008 electronic newsletter (for event news and updates).
  4. Sign up and enrol in a course or program with your local community education provider.  To locate a learning provider in your area visit www.adultlearnersweek.org/learning providers/  to view a list of learning providers in each state and territory.
