Dear ALW friends,

The Learning Festivals Guide has been translated into Estonian, published on paper and in the Internet and is actively used by many people and organisations who are keen to participate in arranging events for the IV Estonian Adult Learner's Week. ALW will be on October 8.-12.2001 and within the initiative of European Year of Languages we plan to concentrate on language learning and different cultures as well as to discussions on Lifelong Learning Memorandum and its impacts to Estonia.
