Thanks for your instructions text. I like your introductory paragraphs very
much, and I know that all the information in your instructions is
essential.
Yet, the text is a bit long and technical for the purpose of the guide... I
was thinking that we might include your initial paragraphs in the brochure
"An email forum has been established...you will also be able to view
previous messages that have been sent to the forum." Then add your last two
sentences "The forum is hosted by ALA...We welcome your participation, and
hope you find it useful." But instead of immediately providing the
technical details, I would suggest to indicate that people can write to the
ALA email address ("if you want to join") and will then receive the
profound technical info.
